Please note that our online START registration system will be down for maintenance beginning Friday, June 22, at 11:59 p.m. through Sunday, June 24, at 12:00 p.m.

During this time, you will not be able to register for START and/or make changes to your START reservation. If you recently registered for a START session, you will not receive a confirmation letter during this time, but should receive it after our system has been restored. Thanks for your understanding!

To register:

  • Log into MyOSU with your ONID information,
  • Click the “New Student” tab and choose option #7: “Register for START/Term Orientation.”
  • You’ll be taken to our Events List registration page where you’ll need to click “Login” at the top right corner once more before you can begin choosing a START session date.

We are experiencing some technical issues with registration and right now registration is unavailable.  Apologies for the inconvenience.

START Registration will open on May 1, 2018 at 8:00am PDT.

  • You will need to have paid your Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD) in order to be eligible to register for the program.
  • We do not keep waitlist for START sessions once they fill, as we already overbook
  • Please do make your travel plans for START until after you have reserved your spot.

Registration is required in order to attend the orientation and receive advising and register for your courses. In order to ensure the registration process was completed successfully make sure you print and review your confirmation. Please bring your confirmation with you to the program.

You will not be able to register for START unless you have confirmed your enrollment.
